1. Who is responsible for your data

César Javier Schumacher, doing business as Schumacher Bau, with address at Av. Del Delfín 349, interior B, colonia Chulavista, C.P. 82124, Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data. 2. What data we collect

When you ask for a quote, hire a service or fill out a form on our social media or this site, we may collect:

• Identification and contact: name, phone or WhatsApp and email.

• Property and job details: neighborhood, job site address, type of work, approximate measurements, when you want to start, and photos and videos of the area.

• Tax and payment data, only if you hire us: RFC (Mexican tax ID), tax regime, tax postal code and payment receipts.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. Please do not send us health, religious or other sensitive information through our channels.

3. How we use your data

Purposes needed to serve you: (1) answer your request and contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email; (2) prepare your quote, schedule visits and create renders or proposals for your project; (3) enter into and carry out the construction, remodeling or installation contract; (4) issue invoices, collect payments and keep our books; (5) handle warranties, questions and complaints.

Additional purposes, not needed to serve you: (1) send you promotions or news from Schumacher Bau and Werk 23 by Schumacher Bau (parota wood furniture); (2) publish before-and-after photos and videos of your project on our social media, ads and website, without showing your name, exact address, house numbers, license plates or people.

If you do not want us to use your data for any additional purpose, tell us at any time at cesarschumacher@schumacher.mx or by WhatsApp. Saying no does not affect the service you hired.

4. Who we share your data with

We may share your data, without needing your consent, with tax and other authorities when the law requires it, and with the accountant or firm that keeps our books, to invoice and meet tax obligations. We also use providers that store or process data on our behalf, such as cloud storage, messaging (WhatsApp) and advertising platforms (Meta). They may only use it to provide that service to us. We do not sell your data.

5. How to exercise your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use (ARCO rights), and you may withdraw your consent or limit the use of your data. Send your request to cesarschumacher@schumacher.mx with: your name and a way to reply to you; an official ID, or your representative's ID and proof of representation; which data and which right you want to exercise; and any document that helps us locate your data.

We will reply through the same channel within the time limits set by law. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the Mexican data protection authority.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site may use cookies and measurement tools such as the Meta pixel or Google Analytics to see which ads and pages work. They collect browsing data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. You can turn them off in your browser settings.

7. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version at schumacher.mx/privacidad with its update date.
